1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Distance Selling Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1 Returnable Items
You may return Volo Prime bottles that are:
- Unopened and in their original packaging
- In unused condition
- Received within the 14-day return period
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Once opened or used, food supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, in accordance with food regulations.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To arrange a return, please:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
- Ship your unopened bottle back to us using the label provided
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Inspection and verification: up to 5 business days
- Refund processing: up to 14 days after inspection
- Return to your account: 1-3 business days (depending on your bank)
4.2 Refund Amount
Full refunds are issued for the product price. The original shipping cost is not refunded, nor is the cost of return shipping (covered by us via prepaid label).
4.3 Return Shipping
We provide a prepaid return shipping label. If you choose not to use it, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Volo Prime arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- Do not dispose of the damaged packaging or product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
- Return shipping will be covered by us
6. Lost or Missing Items
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window:
- Check your tracking information from the courier
- Contact our support team with your order number
- We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund
7. Exceptions to the 14-Day Policy
The 14-day return right does not apply if:
- The item has been opened or used
- The bottle shows signs of tampering or contamination
- The return is requested after 14 days from delivery
- The item has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage
